Hello, magical human, and welcome back to Madison Mindset the podcast. In this episode, we are going to go over some beautiful affirmation episodes for developing a sense of calm, whether that's within your body, within this moment, or all of the above. This episode is going to guide you back to peace. I encourage you to use this affirmation episode as a meditation or as you're lying down or even just as you're going about your day, just being mindful, obviously, keep your eyes open if you're driving or in some kind of situation where you need to have the eyes open. Otherwise, if you can sit still or lie down, be still and intentionally close your eyes and be with me, that would be beautiful. Before we jump into today's episode, I am going to announce a giveaway. This is an end of year special, and the giveaway will be open until the end of the year, the last day of the year. So 31st of December. This giveaway is going to be a super fun thing to do at the end of the year to hopefully get you an awesome prize, but also to help the podcast expand. My entire being relaxes. I am free to rest. I think clearly and lovingly. I choose thoughts that soothe me. Calm surrounds me and guides me. I allow my emotions to settle. I am allowed to slow down. My body melts into softness. I deserve to feel rested. Nothing is urgent in this moment. Calm is healing me now. I welcome calm into my life. I welcome peace into my life. I am safe to slow down. My breath guides me back to a state of peace. Peace lives within me. With every exhale I return to the present moment. I release the pressure to be anywhere other than right here.
