Hello Magical Human and welcome back to Madison Mindset, the podcast. In this episode, we are taking our chakra series a little bit deeper. The last episode that was released was a root chakra episode, giving you all the information about root chakra, so you know about it, you feel what this chakra is for and where it sits in your body and how it interacts with you and your life. These affirmations are going to help balance root chakra, so I highly recommend listening to the root chakra series episode first. But these are beautiful affirmations, no matter when you need them. You can use these affirmations in meditation or while walking barefoot outside or just simply while you're going about your day. These affirmations will be particularly helpful when you're feeling ungrounded and unsafe within your body or in your life. When you're ready, repeat the following affirmations out loud or in your mind after me my root chakra is balanced, I am safe, I am secure, I am supported. I feel the earth support beneath me.

Speaker 1:I give myself permission to take up space.
Speaker 3:I am safe in my body.
Speaker 1:My body is strong. My body is capable. My body is capable. My body is wise. My body holds the wisdom of Mother Nature. I I am secure and stable in every way. I belong here and now. I am anchored in peace and serenity. I trust in life. I trust myself. The earth supports and provides for me. I'm to my ancestors, my family and my roots. I am protected. I am inhaling trust and exhaling fear. I am at home in my body. My life is a safe space.

I trust in the journey of my life. I trust in the I am meant to be here.
